I provide on-line therapy via video conference more commonly called Telemental Health. Telemental Health services have many advantages, such as convenience and no need for travel. I will be providing all forms of therapy, individual, couples, and family therapy as well as DBT therapy. I offer individual in support of your DBT Skills Training. Skills learned are practiced at home using a workbook. Diary cards are completed weekly to assist in using skills learned and in monitoring mood as well as making changes in target behaviors. I have over 30 years experience providing therapy to a wide variety of adults and older adolescents including many persons with long standing, complex, and difficult problems that haven't responded well to treatment. I have extensive experience with the broadest cultural and ethnic diversity in treating individuals, groups, couples and families. I specialize in treating Borderline and other Personality Disorders, teach Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills and provide individual DBT therapy. DBT is effective for long standing treatment resistant depression, anxiety, anger, and relationship difficulties. I also provide anger management and violence prevention using the Duluth Model.
